Bizentrix School Connect is a white-label school management platform built for Indian schools and school groups. Each school gets its own Android app and its own website address, branded as its own, while Bizentrix handles hosting, updates and security.
A head office can run several branches from one account. It opens branches, sees fee collection and revenue across all of them, and sets who can do what. Each branch manages its own students, staff, academic years, fees and exams. Every action is controlled by a permission, and schools design their own roles: Principal, Accountant, Class Teacher, Transport Incharge or anything else they need.
Teachers mark attendance in seconds, post homework and lesson plans, and enter marks that turn into report cards automatically. Parents see attendance, homework, fees, results and announcements as they happen, pay fees, apply for leave and message teachers. Brothers and sisters share one login. Students sign in with a one-time code on their parent’s mobile number, so there are no passwords to forget.
The office gets admissions, fee collection with receipts and UPI payment proofs, certificates, timetables with automatic generation, year-end bulk promotion, and government returns (EMIS/UDISE+ and Karnataka SATS). Larger schools can add transport with live bus tracking, hostel, payroll, library, inventory, health records and a custom report builder.
The app is available in English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi, and notifications arrive instantly.
