Visagan Packaged Drinking Water Solutions
Visagan ran on packaged software it could not change, with no way to raise a manual bill. Sales were billed outside it, so invoices and money went missing. We replaced it with one system built for the business, end to end.
They already had software. It couldn't be changed to fit the business, and the gaps cost money. The chain, in the order it actually happened: The software couldn't be customised → manual billing wasn't possible → sales were billed outside the system → invoices went missing → money leaked → the billing flow stopped being reliable. Plus reports rebuilt by hand every month for anything beyond the fixed list, and a system that was heavy to administer.
Now leads with the root cause rather than the symptoms: any sale can be billed, however it happens counter, walk-in, one-off, or the full order-and-delivery route. Nothing needs to happen outside the system. Second point: it's their own software and it changes when the business does.
Leads with no sale happens outside the system, so invoices stop going missing and the leak closes with them. Closes with the software follows the business new requirements get built in rather than worked around, so it keeps fitting instead of drifting out of use.
Key capabilities
- The manual-billing point is worth landing hard when you tell this because it's the one that explains everything downstream.
- Missing invoices and money leaks weren't separate problems they were consequences of a system that had no way to bill a counter sale.
