HR Executive
The HR Executive will manage day-to-day human resources activities and help build an organized, collaborative, and productive workplace. The candidate will coordinate with hiring managers, manage employee documentation, support recruitment activities, and ensure HR processes are carried out efficiently.
What you'll do
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave details, and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the relevant payroll or finance team.
- Support employee engagement, internal communication, and workplace initiatives.
- Track probation periods, performance reviews, and employee confirmation processes.
- Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and employment documentation.
- Address routine employee queries and coordinate their resolution.
- Support internship programs, employee retention initiatives, and exit formalities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with suitable HR knowledge and communication skills may apply.
